How to reach us

By Car
From the A14 highway, take the RIMINI NORD exit and follow the signs for the sea. At the second roundabout, the one with the SS-16 state road, continue straight on Via Tolemaide, still heading towards the sea.
Drive along Via Tolemaide, paying close attention to the speed cameras. When you reach the roundabout facing the sea, turn right until you reach the fourth hotel (the one with the beautiful garden with palm trees!) and you've arrived.
By Train
From Rimini Central Station, take bus no. 4 (approximately every 20 minutes) and get off at stop no. 33 Tolemaide Spiaggia, which is located 20 metres from the hotel. During the summer, Torre Pedrera station (regional trains) is in service, approximately 500 metres from the hotel
By Plane

Bologna Airport shuttle to Bologna Central Station, train to Rimini Station, bus no. 4 (approximately every 20 minutes), get off at stop no. 33 Tolemaide Spiaggia, which is located 20 metres from the hotel. Throughout the summer, there are lots of bus routes from major Italian cities that stop in the heart of Torre Pedrera, 800 metres from the hotel

The Restaurant

What are the meal times?
Breakfast is served from 7.30 AM to 9.30 AM, lunch from 12.30 PM to 1.30 PM and dinner from 7.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
Are the meals buffet style? Do we have to serve ourselves?
Breakfast is served as a buffet and offers a wide selection of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, jams, homemade cakes and biscuits, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, and more, all accompanied by a good espresso coffee or cappuccino.

Main meals are served at the table.

Lunch and dinner are table-served and feature a choice of meat or fish menus. In addition, a buffet of fresh salads and vegetables is available for guests.
I am allergic/intolerant to ….
Our property is not AIC-certified. However, for guests with specific dietary requirements or food allergies, subject to prior arrangement, we can provide alternative dishes prepared with all due precautions. Our menu changes daily and can be viewed the day before; non-compliant dishes may be modified when possible. Guests are required to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.
Children and Restaurant ???
Risto Mini Club - Children... No Problem
Lunch and dinner time is particularly important, especially for our younger guests, so we have special menus for them. In addition, during their stay, children are invited to take part in children's dinners, which are fun, cheerful events organised by our entertainers (for children aged 4 and above), allowing you to relax while they have fun and eat.
For new mothers, there's a fully equipped kitchen for making and cooking, with everything needed to heat up or prepare baby food. Vegetable purée and vegetable broth made with fresh ingredients are available every day.
Vegetarian?
We can cater for vegetarians.

The Beach

How does the beach service work?
With the all-inclusive package, which also includes beach service, guests are provided with one beach umbrella and two sun loungers at a partner beach establishment affiliated with the hotel. The assigned spot, at the discretion of the lifeguard, will be from the fourth row onwards.
Can I book and choose my spot on the beach?
Once you've booked your all-inclusive accommodation, if you have different needs, you'll be given the beach club's contacts. You can then get in touch with them directly and reserve your spot on the beach for your holiday with the lifeguard.
Public beach
The public beach is just 70 metres away from us. All you have to do is put on your flip-flops, grab your beach towel and head to the sea.
Do you provide beach towels?
The beach towel service is one of the many services we provide. After checking into your room, you'll be given beach towels you can use.
There's a charge of €1.50 to change towels.

Wi-Fi

Do you have Wi-Fi in the hotel?
Our hotel boasts full Wi-Fi coverage both indoors and outdoors, including the Terrace Bar, Veranda and Pool, allowing you to browse for free.
Guests can also browse the internet throughout Torre Pedrera thanks to the municipal Wi-Fi network, which can be accessed directly in front of the hotel.

Parking

Is there parking available at the hotel?
We have a large car park located at the rear of our building. Upon arrival, you can park at the side of the hotel, and after checking in, we will be happy to show you the available parking spaces.
Do I need to book a parking space?
Car parking is available for all our guests.
Is parking subject to a charge?
Parking costs a one-off weekly fee (once per stay) of €40.00 per week (shorter stays €7.00 per day).
Can I leave my car in the car park on the day of departure?
We can park the car until the evening of the day of departure in our second car park, 200 metres from the property.

Basic Info

What are the terms for cancelling a booking?
Within 21 days of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid. After this date, the management reserves the right to propose a new booking for the current season.
Are there any penalties?
In the event of early departure, a charge equivalent to three additional days at the bed and breakfast rate will apply.
Is there a tourist tax?
The Municipality of Rimini applies a tourist tax of €2.50 to all guests aged 14 and over, for a maximum of 7 days.
Air Conditioning
Air Conditioning Service. For energy saving reasons, as per the Municipality of Rimini's instructions, the air conditioning service is managed directly by reception.
This service is free of charge and included in the price for 6-8 hours of use per day, whenever you prefer. Just let reception know when you want it turned on and off.
The temperature can be adjusted directly from the thermostat in the room.
Unless you specify a switch-off time, the air conditioner will switch off automatically after 3 hours.
Guests can also control the air conditioning themselves: in this case, the cost is €5.00 per day
When can I take a dip in the pool?
Opening hours: The pool park is open from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM and from 2.30 PM to 6.30 PM every day from June to mid-September, except for special events.
Minibar
Our rooms have no minibars: if you want one, you can get it for an extra €6 per day.
Pets
Pets are allowed in our hotel, provided they're well-behaved and don't bother other guests. They can join you in your room, and you're responsible for them. Medium-sized pets up to a maximum of 25 kg are allowed. We have a Zampa Club policy, which we attach to all booking requests with pets. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or pool area. We provide mandatory room sanitisation at a cost of €35.00 per stay per pet.
Can I wash my clothes?
There's no laundry service at the hotel, although there's a token-operated laundry with a dryer 800 metres away.
Can I pay by credit card?
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Maestro, as well as all debit cards.
Can I book tickets for the parks?
You can book and receive tickets for your favourite parks at discounted prices directly at reception.
